Truck: Mitsubishi 4.5 tonne Canter Turbo:
conforms to ADR 88/00 Euro 3, 103 kW, 8000Kg GVM, 5-speed manual gearbox, Chelsea 901 Split Drive PTO.
Vacuum Fan:
Turbo Lufttechnik 40RTH, flow rate 60 cm/min, pressure 1400 Pa, outlet velocity 10.5m/sec @ silencer, fan size 710/95nm, Radial Impeller, drive direct via hydraulic motor, 3960 rpm.
Fan exhaust filtration:
5-Segment mist eliminator, course particulate filter V form washable, Fine particulate filter V form D70 media, carbon media filter – odour remover, UV lamps for bacteria control.
Cyclones and debris tanks:
All stainless steel construction – operating capacity 900 Litres, cyclones separate all water and debris, 150mm air flow line between cyclones and fan, quick release swing door for dumping all collected matter, air velocity at cyclone outlet 60.6 m/sec.
Hydraulic System:
Triple hydraulic pump, flange mounted to Chelsea PTO for hydraulic supply to HP jetting pumps, TLT fan, winch and circulatory water pump, 2500 rpm, 85 kW, 10 micron filtration, 55 Litre reservoir with level/temperature gauge and breather/filter. Heat exchanger to water tank.
Jetting Pump:
Pratissoli KL33, 30 kW hydraulic drive, flow 102.6 L/min, pressure 150 Bar, 1000 rpm.
Jetting Hose:
Avon Piranha, I.D. 19mm, O.D. 30mm, max op. pressure 170 bar, min burst pressure 430 bar, length 180 meters.

Winch:
Drum type with level wind, storage capacity 180 meters, 50 Kg nominal line pull, speed 30m/min average, rotary water connection 90L/minute, direct drive hydraulic motor. Linear tractor at snorkel end.
Circulating Water Pump:
50mm Blakers Iowara HTS centrifugal, hydraulic drive, stainless steel construction with PVC flange adaptors, 18 cm/hour @ 25 meter head.
Water Filtration:
300 L/min polypropylene, disposable needle-felt bag element filter to pump. Self-cleaning filter from cyclone tank.
Surge Tank:
1500 Litre – Stainless steel construction, float operated dump valve returns filtered water to sewer system, float operated pressure pump cut out switch protects pump.
Jetting Nozzle:
19mm retro jet, spinning head, with 1 x forward nozzle, 4 x circumferential nozzles and 3 x retro jet nozzles.
Control Pendant:
20-meter control pendent for all functions for one person.
Hose Counter:
A counter that measures the distance the hose has travelled along the pipe.
