Otter Vehicle OTTERTM is a revolutionary technology for the removal of blockages caused by solids and tree roots, and for the cleaning, inspecting and preventative maintenance of sewerage pipes, storm water drains and industrial pipe-work. It successfully combines water jetting, vacuuming for water recycling and CCTV inspection into one compact truck mounted unit.
Inspection OTTER’s CCTV function takes digital pictures or video of the interior of pipes and drains for immediate before and after cleaning inspection.Digital pictures are transmitted instantly to the Operator in the truck.
	Water Jetting & Vacuuming OTTERTM is effective in removing all types of debris.Its highly efficient jetting and vacuuming system breaks down blockages and removes debris and recycles the water it uses. Heavy materials are removed in the two stage cyclone and filter system, whilst water is filtered and stored for reuse.
Root Cutting & Chemical Treatment OTTERTM with its root cutting attachment is able to sever and retrieve root material infesting drains.Its chemical dosing system is able to deliver both root inhibiting and grease removal/protection chemical to drains.

	Safe to Operate All operating functions are controlled using a hand held pendant, which separates the Operator from moving truck elements.The snorkel is deployed using the pendant.The flexible water jetting hose uses hydraulically driven pinch rollers.Contaminated water and solids are contained and managed in a closed system.
Friendly to the Environment The public and the Operator are protected from contamination, airborne mist and bacteria. Solids are collected in the cyclone for safe ‘end-of-day’ disposal. Air drawn through the cyclone is filtered and UV treated prior to being exhausted to the atmosphere.  OTTER™ recycles precious water. All water used is filtered and reused. Fewer vehicle trips to refill with water or empty solids mean less greenhouse emissions. OTTERTM has also  been designed to minimise noise pollution.
	Efficient and cost-effective OTTER combines the functions of water jetting, vacuuming for water recycling, root cutting, and treatment, grease removal, water & solids removal and pipe inspection on the one vehicle.A single Operator using the hydraulic control pendant can manage it. An innovative snorkel provides fast job deployment and completion.A high-resolution digital camera connected to the truck via a fibre optic link provides on the job visual inspection capability.Stainless steel tanks and pipes reduce operating and maintenance costs.
Nimble & Compact The whole unit, including vehicle weighs less than 8000kg. (the same size as small delivery truck). Its operating height is 3700mm, making it easy to manoeuvre and suitable for use in busy streets, narrow laneways and under power-lines.
